Ben Long

Ben Long is a San Francisco-based photographer, writer, and teacher. The author of over two dozen books on digital photography and digital video, he spent years as a senior contributing editor to Macworld magazine, and a senior editor at CreativePro.com. His photography clients have included 20th Century Fox, Blue Note Records, Global Business Network, the San Francisco Jazz Festival, and the Pickle Family Circus. He has taught and lectured on photography around the world, including workshops at the Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence and a class for imaging engineers at Apple, Inc. Paul Taggart

Paul is a photojournalist, producer, and cinematographer.  As a photographer, Paul's assignments have taken him to Congo, Pakistan, Rwanda, Antarctica, and Iraq. Paul lived in Beirut, Lebanon for 3 years while covering the mid-East and Africa for international news agencies and magazines. His work has appeared in Newsweek, TIME Magazine, US News and World Report, and The New York Times. Connie Imboden

Connie Imboden has taught  at The Maryland Institute College of Art for over 30 years as well as instructing at workshops and institutions throughout the United States, France, the Czech Republic and the United Arab Emirates.  Her photographs have been exhibited both group and solo shows at galleries and museums across the Americas, Europe, and China and are in museum collections around the world including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Bibliothèque Nationales in Paris, France, and the Ludwig Museum in Cologne, Germany. Her first book entitled “Out of Darkness” with essays by Charles–Henri Favrod and A.D. Coleman, won the Silver Medal in Switzerland’s “Schonste Bucher Aus Aller Welt (Most Beautiful Book in the World)” Award in 1993.  Her fourth and most recent monograph, “Reflections; 25 Years of Photography”, was published in 2009 by Insight Editions with essays by Arthur Ollman, Julian Cox and John Wood.  www.connieimboden.com

Regina Saisi

Regina Saisi is a San Francisco-based actor and improviser where she has performed and taught improv for the past 30 years. A pioneer in the development of long-form improv, she is a founding member of the improvisational theatre companies True Fiction Magazine, Pulp Playhouse and Improv Playhouse of San Francisco, and is a Company member of BATS Improv. Regina has taught and performed at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, ACT, Stanford University and across the US, as well as in Amsterdam, Helsinki, Florence, Stockholm, London, Beirut, Leuven, Berlin, Paris and Jeddah. She is currently the Dean at the BATS Improv school in San Francisco where she has also served as Artistic Director. Regina is a firm believer that improvisation has value for everyone.

Ana Corrie is an artist & workshop producer based in Florence, Italy where she helps organizations, entrepreneurs and enthusiastic individuals who want to make stronger projects. Working with individuals with dreams of building a project from scratch and organizations  that need help achieving goals and objectives, Ana has steered projects and goals at all levels.
Over the past 8 years, Ana has acquired skills in project management, team building, business and marketing strategic planning that have complimented her already impressive bank of audiovisual expertise. She holds a National Diploma in Audio Visual Production and a B.A. (Hons) in Film and Animation Production from the Arts University Bournemouth, England. In addition, Ana has received advanced training in screenwriting at Tuby Writer’s Studio and acting training on the Meisner Technique at the Actor’s Temple in London.  She has also completed “The Master Course in High-End Blocking and Staging” and “Visual Effects for Directors” courses with Per Holmes at Hollywood Camera Work.

Joanna Silber Hathaway

Joanna Silber Hathaway is a producer and video editor based in San Francisco. She has worked on several award-winning documentaries, as well as videos for medical instruction, non-profit fundraising, corporate communications, and live event and wedding coverage. Video production has taken her around the United States, as well as Honduras, Mexico, Morocco, Rwanda, and Australia. In addition to her own projects, her clients have included the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; the BBC; Kaiser Permanente; University of California, Berkeley, and University of California San Francisco. She is the author of two books on video production and writes regularly for several blogs. Joanna has taught workshops at UC Berkeley and the Bay Area Video Coalition and has extensive experience managing content, workshops, and communities for clients in both public health and the arts.
